Build for life — not for a photo
Most coaches optimize for a 12-week window. Dave optimizes for the next decade. That changes what programming looks like.
National-level bodybuilder. Eight years coaching. Operating out of Wolf Gym in Boca Raton, FL.
Dave came into training the way a lot of serious lifters do — it pulled him out of a place he didn't want to stay in, and once he saw what consistent work could do, he never put it down.
Eight years later he's a certified personal trainer competing at the national level, and coaches a roster of clients ranging from people who've never lifted before to advanced lifters chasing serious physique goals.
The mission is the same regardless of where you start: build a body you can actually keep, and learn enough about training along the way that you're never reliant on a coach forever.

If you can't explain why your program looks the way it does, you can't run it without him. Education is built into every session.
Weekly progress data — photos, numbers, sleep, mood — not vibes. Adjustments come from real signal, not guesswork.
I'd rather coach a beginner who shows up every week than an advanced lifter who only commits when it's convenient. The work is non-negotiable. — Dave Krasowski
