Dave's been in the gym his whole adult life and competing at a national level for years. He's coached first-time clients, returning lifters, and advanced athletes — and the through-line is always the same: treat training like a skill you're building for life, not a punishment to survive.

He coaches out of Wolf Gym in Boca Raton — which means clients here get a real lifting environment, not a hotel-style cardio room.
