Most people don't fail their diet from lack of willpower — they fail it because the plan they were handed didn't fit their life. Dave builds nutrition around your schedule, your food preferences, and your actual day-to-day, then adjusts weekly based on what the scale, the photos, and the mirror are telling him.

Yes — and a lot of Dave's best long-term work is with people who'd never set foot in a serious gym before. The 5-step intake is built for that.

Do you work with women?

Yes. Strength and physique work for women is some of the most rewarding training Dave does. Goals dictate the program, not gender.

What if I'm not in Boca?

Online coaching is built exactly for that case. You get the same programming standard and check-in cadence as in-person clients.

How long is the commitment?
